**Purchase Conditions**

**Returns and Replacements**

- **Product Condition:** Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original packaging and that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.
- **Damaged or Defective Items:** In the case of damaged or defective items, we will send you a new item, provided that the claim is made within 3 days of receipt of the item.
